Welcome to All Massage Solutions
Everyone deserves to feel their best. As we lead increasingly busy lives, it’s important that we take time out to reset and recharge; after all, you can’t pour from an empty cup!
As a practising therapist for over 15 years’ experience, I know first-hand how beneficial massages can be to one’s health and wellbeing.
Massage is for everyone, no matter what your age, or situation. Whether you have an existing health condition, are finding working life stressful, or need some aches and pains ironed after exercise, then there is a treatment to suit you.
Everybody is different and that’s why I create massage treatment plans that are tailored to your individual needs. During our initial consultation, any areas that need attention will be highlighted and I will explain which massage therapy treatments will be beneficial and why. Depending on the reasons for having massage therapy, this could involve a combination of techniques and even sometimes different therapies. Your plan will be as unique as you are!
Why have massage therapy?
Although massage has been around for thousands of years in its many forms, it is only in recent years that people are getting to hear about the many benefits of regular massage. By improving circulation and joint flexibility along with the reduction of muscular tension and stiffness, the body becomes less prone to injury, acting as a preventative measure. The release of endorphins helps in the reduction of pain and is a natural way to relax and help cope with stress and anxiety.
Massage therapy is proven to be beneficial for many health conditions including high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, arthritis and cancer. Studies have shown massage boosts the immune system by increasing white blood cells and decreases cortisol, the ‘stress hormone’, better preparing the body to fight illnesses and infection.
In an increasingly hectic and busy world in which many of us have time constraints, why not take an hour to unwind and relax and see the benefits massage therapy can bring for yourself.
About Me
I am a fully qualified and insured therapist with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA)
During my previous career in Finance, I can relate to how working long hours, sat in front of a computer, can play a part in minor niggles and muscular tension.
As I’ve always had an interest in health and fitness, I decided to retrain in massage therapy and I’ve never looked back! Having worked with many clients over the years, I have always had an interest in the role chronic stress can play in many health conditions and the effect it has on the body, both physically and mentally.
I have worked in clinics, gyms, spas and taken part in many therapy events including providing massage for charity days and corporate events at The Grosvenor Hotel in Victoria, London.
I work in Billericay and Brentwood and the surrounding areas including Stock, Ingatestone, Chelmsford, Wickford and can provide a mobile service for clients unable to travel or who wish to have a home treatment.
